How to Book

Making a reservation at Walking North Spain is very easy, fast and straightforward. They are only 3 steps:

1. Step 1 - Confirm availability:
   Whichever trip you are interested in, the first thing to do is to confirm the possible dates available, (this step does not imply any commitment on your part). To do this, it is best to fill in and send us the availability enquiry form, but you can also send an email to info@walkingnorthspain.com. In either case, we will contact you as soon as we receive your request.
2. Step 2 - Fill in and send the reservation form:
   Once we have confirmed to you the availability of your trip, you should fill in and send us the reservation request form. At this point (*), we will require a deposit of 90 € for each person coming on the trip.
3. Step 3 - Booking confirmation:
   As soon as we receive the corresponding deposit, we will send you the booking confirmation document with all the details of your trip. The rest of the payment will be made 7 weeks before the start of the trip (*), for which we will send you the corresponding invoice. Once payment is complete, we will send you all the information you need to make the most of your trip.
   
   

   (*) If the reservation request is made less than 7 weeks before the start of the trip, then the full amount should be paid at the time of booking.
